How could advanced analytics and AI actually help? This is often a hard question to answer, but the more specific around your decision-making, the better. (E.g., "if I could create a predictive model of account performance, I could create more equitable territories." Or, "we are playing around with lots of ways to engage new customers, and an experiment or diff-in-diff analysis would help me understand which ones are actually effective.)
